Who we are
Dr David Manchester is a clinical psychologist with over 19 years experience in hospital and community psychology. This includes 7 years as a Clinical Team Leader in rehabilitation services for clients with severe cognitive and behavioural difficulties. He has published on psychological assessment and positive treatment approaches in peer reviewed journals and book chapter form. He is an invited guest speaker at national and international conferences and provides regular workshops in both the UK and Australia.
He is an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is a Practitioner Full Member of the BPS Division of Neuropsychology.
David trained as a Trainer in Motivational Interviewing in the USA with Dr Therese Moyers and Professor Bill Miller. He is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
David is Practice Leader in Psychology with a state wide government department in Australia. He also conducts psychological assessments twice a year for the UK courts.
Consultant David Paul (Phd) is a Consultant specialising in organisational change and leadership training. He has worked with a wide range of organisations including Western Sydney Area Health Service, Westpac Banking Corporation, Health Exchange (Macquarie Bank), the Government of Victoria, the University of Technology Sydney, the NRMA, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Grand United Health Insurance, Beijing Olympic Committee, Organising the 2008 Olympic Games, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China (Harvard University of China), Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia.
David’s work on change management involves working collaboratively with individuals at all levels within organisations, from frontline staff through to Senior Executives and CEOs. He is co-author of the 2003 book "Life and Work" along with Charles Birch, a Templeton Prize Winner.
Consultant Dr Jonathan Rogers is a Clinical Lead in forensic service in the U.K. His training in forensic rehabilitation is at the forefront of clinical developments in forensic treatment, and has been recognised with an award for innovation by the UK National Health Service. Jonathan speaks regularly at national and international conferences on team development and staff training. In 2009 he was a keynote speaker at the 4th Forensic Disabilities Conference; Disability and Justice: Many faces, equal rights? in Melbourne, Australia. |
