Training in the work place

On occasion organisations prefer to train staff together in their own work place. This can be a very cost efficient way of training a Team as the expense of staff travel and accommodation for external courses is avoided. It is also a great opportunity for team building.

MLR courses that are bought-in by an organisation are run by an MLR Psychologist. The fee charged is a flat fee with no hidden extras. It is based on 16 – 20 participants attending. The fee does not alter if fewer than 16 participants attend so it is in the interest of the Funder to see that all places are filled. The fee is based on the Funder providing an adequate sized training room, with audio-visual equipment and refreshments for participants throughout the day.

Trainer travel and accommodation is only added if training is provided outside of the greater metropolitan areas of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Hobart.
